TRANS BURKE

Transitioning lives started in 2008 watching my son grow up in our environment was a struggle. It was extremely hard on him, I showed up all the time to make sure he did really well. I wanted to make a difference in my community!

The idea to get my son and other kids out of their dangerous environment started off as field trips. Later became an after school program at my church. My son was one of the tutors their shortly before he got himself into some serious trouble with the law. The program eventually stopped.

There's No Place like Home

God has laid it on my heart to continue to the fight to Transition Lives!

Now ten years later after fighting through some really tough situations and burying my son.
